VG-6777 Isolate Interface

VG-6777 Digital Isolate Interface monitors the digital loop in regard of short-circuit occurred, and then isolate the short-circuit side in order to ensure the digital devices working properly, without potential damage. Upon removal of the short-circuit fault, the isolator will be restored automatically. This interface does not occupy the loop address, and no need of extra power. It is considered as an necessary part of a digital loop to ensure continuous data communication in faulty condition.
