VG-6771 Intelligent Isolate Interface

VG-6771 Intelligent Isolate Interface is used to detect the short-circuit in a intelligent loop, and then isolate the short-circuit side in order to minimize the potential disruption to the intelligent devices. When the short-circuit is removed, the isolator can be automatically back to normal. This interface does not occupy the loop address, and no need of extra power. It is considered as an necessary part of a intelligent loop to ensure continuous data communication in faulty condition.
